SASH Wellness Nurse, Patti Kent will present information on coping with the holidays. This program will be at the Castleton Community Center on December 16th at 12:30pm. All are welcome to attend.

SASH (Support And Services at Home) is a FREE service available to all Medicare recipients. It is designed to assist individuals with staying happy, healthy, and most importantly at HOME! SASH is now in the Castleton/Fair Haven area.
