Happy New Year, everyone - after a restful few weeks off, Friday Night Community Dinners at Sterling College are back!

This week's menu will be: Kerala Beef Curry with beef from Neil and Gwyneth at newGRASS Farmstead in Wolcott, VT. This will be served with spiced rice, roasted veggies, and our never-ending supply of butternut squash (thanks a lot, Garden Team). Dessert will be the beloved ice cream bar! This meal is free and open to anyone in the greater Craftsbury community. All diets are accommodated and welcome - even the fussy ones.

Dinner starts at 4:30pm and runs until 6:00pm. Donations appreciated, but not required - we hope to see you there!
