Join me for this non-airy-fairy, no-BS experience coming in hot on the first day of February! The theme I'm truly and personally in love with is Anchor & Bloom—which means there will be wide open, super safe, and plentiful opportunities for the women who say "Hell Yes!" to registering to tap into and bring the voice of her inner wise sage back to the forefront, where it loves to live.

Heide Scheurer, our local guru of stones and crystals and sound healer extraordinaire, will grace us with her craft, setting the stage for you to get even more clear on what and why you want to connect with your inner wise woman.

We'll break for a refresh and group gathering with the possibility to share what you received for yourself in the sound bath, and then shift gears to prepare for the breathwork journey. There will be ample opportunities for you to tune into, remember, call forth, ask questions of, receive from, and so much more that I can't even put into words.

For those who have yet to experience a journey with me, I want you to know this: the breathwork practice I share is led with love at its core. Within the journey, there's always an invitation for you to connect deeply with your innermost being. Through this process, we tap into hidden strengths, unveil emotional blockages (can you say freeing??), and begin again in this transformative journey called life with more clarity and peace. Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you'll ever come to know.

I especially love the big group journeys for the collective energies of love, desire, willingness, vulnerability, empowerment, and connection. It truly is one of those things that you have to experience for yourself because, honestly, there are more times than not... no words.
