Please join me for an Essentrics class on Saturday mornings at 9:15am at the beautiful Broad Brook Community Center in Guilford.

This class is designed to stretch, strengthen, and tone your entire body. Feel an increase in your mobility, flexibility, posture, and balance after just one class.

The aim of every Essentrics class is to balance the body with equal amounts of strength and flexibility using dynamic movement.

This 45 minute class will be offered for 6 weeks, and is suitable for all levels.
