The Roots Farm Market in Middlesex is celebrating our expanded farm store with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. this coming Friday – and we'd love to have you join us!
This expansion of our popular farm store and community hub enables Roots Farm Market to invest in and showcase the diverse array of agricultural and value-added products from small farmers and entrepreneurs in central Vermont and across our state.
Next Friday afternoon is a perfect occasion to meet the Roots Farm Market staff and mingle with friends and neighbors. Friday's afternoon festivities start at 2 p.m. and will feature these events and demonstrations, plus deals and more!
* 802 Wines-- Non-alcoholic wine tasting for Dry January, or any day of the year
* Umamiso – Meet Yoko Tarrant for authentic Japanese miso
* VT Fermentation Adventures – Healthy recipes, products, and fermented foods sampling with Beki Auclair
* Mama Tree Farm Baking – Ancient plant, gluten-free brownie/cookie mixes that taste amazing!

Farm store hours are Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Parking for the grand opening celebration on Friday is also available at the Middlesex Town Hall, 5 Church St., Middlesex, VT
