Unitarian Church Ecology Lecture

Jan 18, 2025, 6 to 8 PM

The Unitarian Church of Montpelier will hold the first of 3 environmental lectures (others in March and April) on Saturday, January 18 at 6:00 p.m. with a dessert/beverage gathering followed by a talk at 6:45 p.m. The speaker will be Samantha Ford of Turn Stone Research talking about "History on the Land: Old Forested Farmscapes." She will show how to explore currently forested areas for evidence of prior habitation and how that may have affected what we see today.

Cost is $12/adult, $5 per person under 18 with $1 processing fee for adult tickets only.
