NVC stands for Nonviolent (aka Compassionate) Communication.

Here, we practice how to communicate a challenging message, receive something triggering in an effective way, understand our own and others' feelings, work with anger, transform judgments into curiosities, and more - all in a structured environment with a safe group of folks. We usually do a bit of learning, and a lot of practicing as a group: this may look like role-plays, discussions, exercises.
No past experience necessary - only interest in learning. Any NVC level welcome.

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday, I will be hosting such practice group. We will meet in person in West Brattleboro, nearby fire station. Please email me at smile_spaces@pm.me for exact address and parking directions, and to RSVP.

I would like to suggest a donation of $10 if you are able to afford it, for my organization, facilitation and hosting efforts. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds though.
