Calais musician Lewis Franco, accompanied by guitarist Dono Schabner, will bring his unique blend of original, often humorous, songs plus standards from "the Great American Songbook" to the Adamant Community Club on Sunday, January 12 at 3:00.

According to Dan Bolles, writing in Seven Days, "Precious few hepcatamounts swing like Lewis. The Central Vermont songwriter, guitarist, and bandleader has kept the jump and jive alive in the Green Mountains, wailing away with swagger and unimpeachable cool for two decades now." He'll be accompanied by Dono Schabner, longtime guitarist for Rick and the Ramblers.

Admission is free; the series will continue each Sunday through February 23.
