Blue Heron Aikido in Middlebury is excited to announce that a free, four week beginner's Aikido class begins on Monday, January 20th. After the beginner's series, participants are welcome to join our ongoing classes at the same location on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm. 10$ suggested donation per class.

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art, but geared toward modern conflict resolution. Learn to stay calm under pressure, listen more closely to the rhythms of the human body, and solve puzzles of the human spirit!

Classes will be held at 7pm at the Inti Ombak Pencak Silat studio at 52 Main Street, Middlebury (stairway beside the falls), on the following days:
Monday, Jan. 20th
Monday, Jan. 27th
Monday, Feb. 3rd
Monday, Feb. 10th

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (sweats are a great choice). Blue Heron Aikido is an open and affirming space, welcoming of all bodies, all genders and gender expressions, all faiths and creeds. We will work hard to make whatever accommodations we can, but please note that the space is not wheelchair accessible.
