6:50 p.m. Zoning Administrator position with Chittenden Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC)
• Review revised job description
• Discuss & authorize moving forward with a formal contract

7:00 p.m. CCRPC Transprotation Advisory Committee vacancy

7:05 p.m. Computer/technical expenditures – Review/consider new laptop purchase

7:10 p.m. Discuss 2025 Town Report - Theme, dedication, deadline to the printer

7:20 p.m. FY26 Budget (Version 6) review, discuss tax rate implications, surplus.

7:45 p.m. Closing Public Comment Period

7:50 p.m. Review & Approve Warrants. Review and approve minutes from the December 12th and December 19th meetings.
