Pollinator Pathways of Lamoille County welcomes Denise Ciastko, award-winning landscape designer from Clarendon VT and founder of NativearthSeed on Saturday, January 11 at 12pm at the Lanpher Memorial Library in Hyde Park. Drawing on over 30 years of hands-on experience restoring native landscapes and creating native wildflower features, Denise will introduce you to the beauty, resilience and ecological importance of true native species. Her talk will highlight creating rain gardens and selecting the right native plants, understanding the unique roles of native plant communities, and recognizing the characteristics that make each plant essential to pollinators.
