Public Hearing Notice

Town of Brookfield

The Planning Commission of the Town of Brookfield will hold a hearing on the proposed
revision of the Brookfield Town Plan on January 14 th at 6:30 pm at Brookfield Elementary
School. Brookfield Elementary School is located at 1728 N Ridge Rd, Brookfield, VT 05036.

The purpose of this hearing is to take comments from the public on the draft plan so that the
Planning Commission can consider these as it makes its final revisions, prior to sending the draft
to the Selectboard. The Selectboard will hold its own hearing later. The proposed plan will
replace the current plan in its entirety and covers all lands within the Town of Brookfield. Copies
of the draft plan and maps can be found at the Brookfield Town Clerk's office during business
hours. Comments may also be emailed to the attention of the Planning Commission at
planning@brookfieldvt.org.
