Gentle Yoga series continues on Monday evenings!

This series is a slow flow class designed for winding down & relaxing, and is appropriate for beginners and beyond. We'll start with some breath work, move into a gentle asana practice, and end with a guided meditation in our final resting pose. Please bring a mat and any props you might like to use (blocks, bolster, etc). Blocks are available to borrow.

Cost: $60 for the 4week series ($15/class if you can't join all four) payable with with cash or Venmo @cirquedefuego.
