The City of Burlington will once again be doing a Citywide holiday tree pickup on Monday, January 6, at 7 am.

Residents should place their natural holiday trees on the greenbelts (by curb) along city streets on Monday morning, January 6, before 7 am. Please make sure trees do not block driveways, sidewalks or city streets.

City crews will be circulating the city and recycling natural holiday trees only – not plastic, metal or any manufactured trees, wreaths or other manufactured products. All trees should be free from ALL decorations including snow/ice, tinsel, lights, decorations, and base mounts.

Alternatively, residents can choose to bring their trees to McNeil Waste Wood Yard – Burlington Electric Department – during their posted community hours.
