Indigenous Ethnobotony of Vermont: an Introduction

Join the Friends of Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge for this online event. They will host Dr. Fred Wiseman for "An Introduction to Native American Ethnobotany, history, and nature of the professional discipline," the first lecture in the winter series on Native American plant use.

This first program in the Friends of Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge's winter and spring cultural history series will begin with a focus on the various aspects of Indigenous plant use throughout North America from Mexico and the Southwest to the Northeast, and then focus on the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge's environs.
