Hello neighbors near and far!
Ecstatic dance is a practice of connecting with your inner being, holding space for your thoughts and emotions while moving around in space.
If that sounds interesting - please join us tomorrow, Dec 30th 7-9pm in the Wing Center @24 Upper Main st (right next to Cumberland Farms station). Energy exchange is $7-11 cash or Venmo.

We dance to release the old and invite the new energy into our life.

Ecstatic Dance is a free form non-guided response to music moving through five rhythms. The dance does not require a partner. Bring a friend! Alcohol and drug free.
