"Big Toy Night"
What: The Children's Room would like to provide an opportunity for Children's Room parents and caregivers to promote and sell their personally made crafts and services within the Children's Room community.
Products may include arts, crafts, pottery, jewelry, soap, fiber arts, photography, farm products, services (such as interior or web design), and more. Food items will be limited to prepackaged items meant to be consumed at home (maple syrup, jellies, jerky, etc).
When: February 7th from 4-7. Vendor setup starts at 3:00. Completed by 4:00 and will run concurrently with Big Toy Night!
Were: Atrium at Thatcher Brook Primary School., 47 Stowe Street, Waterbury, VT.
Vendors will set up primarily in the atrium and any hallway space that does not interfere with the flow of Big Toy Night or block any fire exits. Overflow of vendors, if needed, will set up in the Atrium below the stairs.
Who: Vendors will be limited to room users or parents/caregivers with young children at home. Space is FREE but limited. Deadline for Vendor signup is December 17th.
Vendor Requirements: It will free to participate, but The Room is asking for one small donation to be given away at the event in a free raffle.
Vendors should provide their own table and be responsible for the set up, take down, and clean up of their booth space. If vendor does not have a table, please let us know as we might have a small number of tables available.
Event Day: All vendors will be requested to indicate any setup needs to assist with spacing. Our Coordinator will arrive early and direct vendors on where to set up. Spaces will not be assigned. Vendors will be placed as they arrive. Vendors should require minimal setup. Electricity can not be provided.
