Musicians of all types, ages, and abilities are invited to join their musical friends and neighbors in Orwell on Monday, December 23 for a Christmas Band play-along. Not a rehearsal, not really a concert- just an opportunity to get together and have fun playing some Christmas music!
No prior involvement with the Orwell Town Band is necessary. Just bring your instrument, a stand, and some good cheer! We will have a limited number of stands available if you don't have access to one.
The event will be held at the First Congregational Church of Orwell (on Main Street, next to the Town Hall). We'll start playing at 6:00 PM, so please come a little earlier (5:40ish) to get set up, warmed up, and ready to play. Non-musicians and family members are welcome to attend and listen/watch as they want- the more the merrier!
