Sleepy Hollow Inn, Ski & Bike Center in Huntington is gearing up for the 4th annual Full Moon Ski Party and 25th anniversary celebration on Saturday, January 11th, from 4 to 9 pm. This popular event features Nordic skiing through silent woods on lighted and moonlit trails; a free ski lesson for all ages and skill levels from 4 to 5 pm; ski and snowshoe rentals; a DJ and guitarist by the fire with hot chocolate and s'mores; Mexican food for purchase by the Taco Truck All Stars; a cash bar by Bevo serving wintery adult beverages; and goodie-filled Bivo water bottles and Skirack prizes hidden on the trails for kids to find.
