5:15 MVFD monthly meeting. Addressing concerns about a MVFD volunteer
responding to a medical call on December 4, 2024.Action unlikely.
5:30 Authorizing dissolution of the Welch Park Association and granting the
Chair authority to sign any deeds/agreements related to this action. Action

FY26 BUDGET WORKSHOP
5:45 Reviewing proposed FY26 Town office budgets as well as considering an
office-staff restructuring to include a Town Administrator. Action unlikely
6:20 Treasurer Report. Increasing fee for dog licenses. Considering an upgrade
in the Town's Blue Cross/Blue Shield health plan. Action possible.
