The Jericho Planning Commission (PC) is meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 7:00 pm at Town Hall and via Zoom. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend and comment. The main topics of discussion include a hearing on amending zoning to allow a "Municipal Facility, Town Garage/Maintenance Facility" use in the Open Space zone and a discussion on how Jericho calculates the number of residential units allowed on minimum lot sizes.
