Windy Ridge - Preliminary Plat - 16-20-56.800 - For a 15-lot 74-residential unit subdivision, which includes one non-residential lot of a 41.98-acre property located on the east side of VT Route 116 between Riggs Road and CVU Road in the Village Northeast Zoning District. Continued from the DRB Meeting on December 3, 2024.
4. Decision Deliberation:
• Joe Laster - Sketch Plan - 17-22-62.100 - For an 11-lot and 17-unit residential subdivision (phase 1B), located off Tractor Road, on the east side of Mechanicsville Road in the Residential 1 Zoning District. The public hearing was closed on December 3, 2024.
