Come enjoy a yoga class on Pine Street every Wednesday night 5:15pm-6:15pm at The Wellness Collective.
Classes are $10

This hatha yoga class will take students through a variety of different asanas including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, inversions, and seated postures. This class will also include pranayama and a short meditation practice. Students will work to become aware of their breath in the body, move with their breath, strengthen physically, and concentrate. All levels are welcome to attend.
