My band, Sambatucada, is performing this Friday at ArtsRiot's Brazil Night. World class mandolinist Will Patton and his group of all-star Vermont musicians kick off the evening with a mix of samba, bossa nova and choro. Patuscada keeps the party going with their rendition of forró, samba and axé classics. Sambatucada crowns the evening with their irresistible beats while expert dance teacher Shannon Kelly shows you the moves.

When: Friday, Dec. 13th; doors open 7:30, music starts 8pm

Tickets: $10 for students, $15 otherwise
