Hi Neighbors! Next weekend, join me at the Red Wagon Plants Holiday Pop-Up for a special workshop all about using local herbs and kitchen staples to craft tasty nonalcoholic beverages. Here's the description:

Get ready to entertain in style this winter! By stocking your bar with herb-infused syrups, vinegars and bitters, you can enjoy delicious mocktails all holiday season. We will use a variety of garden-grown herbs and essential kitchen spices, which do double duty as tasty ingredients and health-promoting tonics. Participants will go home with lots of recipe ideas and some handcrafted samples to enjoy! Ages 14 and up.

12/14 from 2-4pm at the beautiful Red Wagon Plants event space. Class is $48, with some scholarships available. Come early for their bake shop and holiday vendor market! Bring a friend!
