• current organizational P&L statement for this fiscal year
• current account balances / current ongoing expenses
5. Building Assessment (Ruth / Building Committee):
• current condition; foundation, support beams, flooring, etc.?
• proposed emergency / urgent work
• longer term improvements
• cost estimates / bid process
• Discuss grant for foundation - Do we want the grant for the actual foundation or for stabilizing and the foundation work?
• Timeline / policy for use and access to building
6. Organizational Priorities for 2025 (CHS Board w/ Member Input Welcomed)
• Programming / festivals (Apple Pie, Maple, etc)
• outreach / fundraising ideas
• online catalog + photo library / social media / web presence
