REIMAGINING SOUTH LONDONDERRY: A VILLAGE STUDY AND MASTER PLAN

Stevens and Associates will present their final recommendations to the Londonderry Planning Commission on Monday, December 9, 2024, 6 PM at the Londonderry Town Hall (139 Middletown Road).

The consultants will:
• Give an overview of the broad, guiding concepts for a Master Plan
• Present professional solutions for key challenges including flooding, traffic, walkability, sidewalks and parking
• Discuss how to maximize the assets of the village of South Londonderry, including the West River, tax benefits with economic growth, and access to four-season recreation.
• Present potential solutions for housing and businesses with in-fill structures and circulation
• Share actionable and visionary components of the Master Plan as a template for future exploration and innovative ideas.
