The Guilford Cares Senior Support Group meets every first and third Thursday of the month at 1:00 at the Broad Brook Community Center, 3940 Guilford Center Road.

Deb Albright and Mary Libby guide our discussions around whatever thoughts, ideas and feelings come up. Good listening and good humor always abound and rest assured, all conversation is strictly confidential.

There are beverage and snacks too! New folks find it easy to join in. Have a seat and enjoy the company.
