Hello. The Morristown Selectboard, acting as the Board of Health, asked that I inform the community that the health hearing for Norm Nepveu's building at 82 Portland Street, recessed most recently on 14 October 2014, will resume on Monday December 8, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Meeting Room of the municipal offices in the Tegu Building.

In addition to the discussion on the safety of the building façade, there will also be non health related concerns discussed at the hearing including the continued closing of the parking in front of the building and the closure of the sidewalk between the building and the street parking. If you have concerns about these issues, or additional overriding building façade safety concerns, I encourage you to attend Monday night’s Selectboard meeting where these topics will be discussed.
