Join us in the Milne Community Room for this weekly program starting December 3 on Tuesdays 9-10am and Thursdays 5:30 -6:30pm for walk aerobics led by Mary Ellen and Kristin.
This is a low impact walk in place fitness program, designed by Leslie Sansone, and is a great way to stay healthy. Bring your friends and follow along with the video and music. Walk the equivalent of 2 miles in the comfort and safety of your own library! Wear comfy shoes and bring a water bottle.
Free and open to everyone.
