Reiki & Restorative Yoga class

This is a special 75min restorative yoga practice infused with reiki to promote deep relaxation as you rest in supported poses.
Restorative yoga is a practice of laying down in resting postures, while reiki is a healing energy promoting calm & balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class is appropriate for all levels and requires very little movement.
Cost: $35 cash or Venmo.
