The Mitzvah Fund, Central Vermont's nonprofit mobile veterinary hospital, is running its first ever "Giving Tuesday" campaign to raise the money needed to buy a special small-sized digital dental x-ray sensor.

You can see and support our campaign here: https://givebutter.com/43hrtB

Like people, pets' teeth can be a source of serious problems for their health and their quality of life. MOST of the veterinary care The Mitzvah Fund provides is dentistry which would be impossible for the folks we serve to afford at a regular veterinary clinic. Infected teeth are very painful. Bad teeth can lead to heart disease, kidney disease, chronic head pain, lethargy, and many other complications. With good dental care pets can live longer and have an excellent quality of life.

Many of the pets The Mitzvah Fund cares for are small dogs, cats and many have those cute smushed-in faces, and they all have tiny mouths. Taking accurate x-rays is essential and saves time during dental procedures which are performed under anesthesia. A smaller dental sensor will allow for speed, accuracy, and less anesthesia time.

By supporting our Giving Tuesday campaign with a gift IN ANY AMOUNT you can make such a difference for our veterinary team and help lots of pets with painful teeth. THANK YOU!
