NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Newfane Selectboard

Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Town of Newfane, VT, that the Newfane Selectboard will hold a public hearing at the Town Office, 555 VT Route 30, Newfane, VT, on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.

Whereas the Town of Newfane has created a Planning Commission and has adopted and has in effect a plan under Vermont Municipal and Regional Planning and Development Act, 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117, herein referred to as the Act, there is hereby established zoning regulations for the Town of Newfane. These regulations shall be known as the "Town of Newfane Zoning Bylaw."

This hearing will be held for public review and comment on the amendment to the Newfane Zoning Bylaw pursuant to Title 24, Chapter 117.

A full copy of the Amendment to the Zoning Bylaw and the Planning Commission report is available for public review at the Newfane Town Office, 555 VT Rte. 30, Newfane, VT, and on the town's website, newfanevt.com.
