The Barre Lions Club will be holding their Annual Christmas Tree Sale Friday, December 5th from 1-7 and Saturday December 6th from 9-6:30 at the old lottery building across from Maplewood in South Barre. The premium native cut balsam fir trees are from Moffats Tree Farm in Craftsbury and are $35 each. The trucking is donated by EF Wall and Mark Tatro from Tatros Aces will deliver your tree in Barre if necessary. The Lions are also selling calendars from their new Calendar Raffle. They will give out $5,000 in money prizes in 2015 and there are nearly $1200 in coupons from area merchants in the calendar. The cost is $20 and you can win multiple times. All proceeds will benefit the Lions Sight and Hearing Fund.
