Since Fr. Paul's appointment, he's had the joy of hosting numerous chicken curry dinners as fundraisers, thanks to the help of so many of you. Between both parishes, we've served hundreds of meals to support various causes. The stove in the Crosby Center kitchen at Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish, has been his faithful companion in preparing these meals. This stove has also helped cook food for countless good works—funeral lunches, Sunday coffee hours, and fundraisers for our Social Action Ministry team, which aids those in need by helping with rent, food, and medical expenses. However, the time has come to replace this stove due to its old age and a gas leakage issue.
To fund this, we are planning a new chicken curry dinner fundraiser with an exciting menu:
• Dry pepper chicken fry
• Two pieces of Indian bread
• Barbecue chicken with Indian marinade
• A brownie for dessert
