What are you holding that you no longer need or want to carry? This evening is all about releasing what is no longer serving you. Sip herbal tea as you set your intention with journaling. Then dive deep into a healing Holy Fire Reiki meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls to let go and release. We will close with journaling and sharing.
