We'll be discussing Budget Draft 1 and setting the foundation for the future of our schools. At our last meeting, we focused on the budget framework—essential for aligning our resources with our mission, vision, and goals. Now, we're working toward a budget that our communities can support, one that reflects our shared values and commitment to all students and communities. Our aim is to bring forward a budget that our communities can support, one that propels us toward a sustainable future for our district. Our goal is to fully engage our communities and our students, identifying the opportunities we have together as a District and intentionally focusing on student outcomes, community engagement and long-term planning and visioning. We want to lay the groundwork for collaboration and trust for years to come ase continue to best serve all our students.

Public Participation:
Public Comment: 15 minutes at the start of the meeting and additional time at the end.
Each speaker has 2 minutes. Comments should remain respectful and directed to the board chair.
Q&A Session: After the budget presentation, community members are invited to ask questions.
