3. Peter Parkinson - Final Plat - 05-01-13.110 - For a two-lot subdivision of a 66-acre property located at 83 Maple Tree Lane in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District.
4. Windy Ridge - Preliminary Plat - 16-20-56.800 - For a 15-lot 74-residential unit subdivision, which includes one non-residential lot of a 41.98-acre property located on the east side of VT Route 116 between Riggs Road and CVU Road in the Village Northeast Zoning District.
5. Extension Request:
• Jacob Thompson & Jennafer Wetmore - Sketch Plan - 08-01-72.000: A second six-month extension request for a 2-lot subdivision located at 223 Burritt Road. Original approval was issued on 11/21/23; the first six-month extension was approved on 5/21/24 and will expire on 11/21/24.
