Grab your classic ski poles and join Lisa Bernardin and other Rikert Outdoor Center staff this Saturday, 11/16, from 11:00-12:30 for some practice doing ski walking, striding and bounding. Please wear workout clothes, sneakers and bring classic ski poles (we will have some to borrow also).
All ages and abilities welcome - Be prepared to meet new people and have some fun!
