3rd Fox Room Paranormal Investigation with Vermont Specter Squad
Paranormal enthusiasts and investigators are invited to explore the Fox Room at the Rutland Free Library, a fascinating site that was once a jail and courthouse before being transformed into a library in the 1930s.

Our first investigation took place on August 26, 2024, followed by a second on November 9, 2024. During the initial visit, the word "DROWNED" came through the ghost tube multiple times. Who could this refer to? We need your help to uncover the mystery! In our second investigation, I used dowsing rods to ask if the person who drowned was present, and the response was a clear yes.

The Vermont Specter Squad is eager to reveal hidden secrets and possibly capture some unexplained phenomena. The idea of exploring such a haunting location, brimming with supernatural energy and ghostly sounds, is sure to thrill even the most experienced paranormal fans. Feel free to bring your own investigation tools, your curiosity, or simply come to observe. Excitement is building for what we might discover within those walls. This is a rare chance to venture into the unknown and potentially connect with spirits from another realm, making it a dream experience for those passionate about the strange and mysterious.

Please be aware that Ouija boards and seances are not permitted.

For food and drink, bottled water and cereal bars are acceptable. The investigation will take place exclusively in the Fox Room. Be ready to share any information you gather during the investigation with the library. Please do not share personal details about other investigators without their consent. Remember to maintain a quiet atmosphere in other areas of the building, as it is a library.

Here's the agenda:
1. SET UP
Arrange any necessary chairs or tables available in the room.
2. INTRO/ORIENTATION
Learn about the paranormal equipment and the history of the building.
3. INVESTIGATION
This will include an Estes Method attempt, where one person will wear noise-canceling headphones and a blindfold, listening to the spirit box without hearing any questions asked.
4. CLEAN UP
Prepare to wrap up the session.

Any information collected during the investigation will be shared with the Rutland Free Library! We encourage you to share any information you gather with them as well.
