Join 350VT and the 350VT Addison Node volunteer organizers to learn more about what we can do to organize and build power for a just transition in our local communities and VT! In these moments of political uncertainty, getting organized is more important than ever. How can we continue to reduce carbon emissions while also building community, connections, and a movement that includes all of us? We'll share some ideas, listen to your thoughts, and explore next steps for our work together. All are welcome.
The "Don't Burn Our Future: Clean Power Now!" campaign tour stop in Addison County will be on Tuesday, November 19th at 5:00pm at the Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society at 2 Duance Ct, Middlebury, VT 05401. Dinner will be provided. No expertise or requirements necessary–just excitement for a green and just future for all.
The meeting will cover 350VT's campaign goals at the state level, what the local 350VT Addison Node is excited about working on, and opportunities to take action, get connected, and join in on the work. Hope to see you there!
