The Federated Church of Rochester will once again serve their traditional Community Thanksgiving Day dinner on Thursday, November 28. This complimentary dinner welcomes everyone including individuals, families, friends, neighbors and visitors. Seatings will be at 12 noon and 1:30. Walk ins are welcome however reservations are encouraged.

They also offer carryout for those who are shut-in or infirmed as well as their family members, or those who prefer not to be in a group setting. There is no general take-out available. Transportation to and from the dinner, as well as carry-out delivery is available. There is no charge for the dinner, however optional monetary or food donations will be graciously accepted at the door to benefit the community food shelf located in the church.

Volunteers are welcome on Tuesday, Nov 26 and Wednesday, Nov 27 to help prep food at the church from 10 am to 4 pm . Donations of blue hubbard and/or buttercup squash prior to prep days, as well as homemade apple and pumpkin pies prior to the dinner would be most welcome.
