Pariah Nexus Missions tournament setting using the10th edition rules.

We do not use "Battle Ready" points toward victory due to the "Best Paint" prizes being awarded.

Additionally, we don't use rules published within two weeks of the tournament, so anything after Sept 1st will have to wait until the next tournament
