My friend Lois makes the best whole grain bread and she's agreed to show us how! She will also show us how versatile her bread recipe is - turning it into rolls for Thanksgiving dinner, or cinnamon buns for Christmas morning, or pizza crust, and I'm not sure what else. Even though she will use a mixer, she'll show us how to knead the bread and also how to do "bread in a bag." Everyone can go home with something to bake.
It should be fun! If you'd like to attend you are certainly welcome to. We'll be using the kitchen and classroom of Caledonia Christian School @ 54 Southard Street, St. Johnsbury on Sunday, November 24th from 1-4.
