NEXT SUNDAY, 11/17 @ HPL
Huntington Residents are invited to read Gather, by Vermont author Kenneth M. Cadow. Gather, a National Book Award Finalist, tells the story of a teenager and his adopted pup Gather. It describes rural life, resilience, class difference, and addiction and recovery in Vermont and the loving relationship between a boy and his dog.

Many copies of Gather are currently available at the Huntington Public Library (HPL).

A facilitated discussion will take place at the HPL on Sunday, November 17th from 2:30-4 pm. Refreshments from Krin's Bakery will be served! The book is appropriate for grades 9-12 and adults.
