Circle of Life is a new program at Helen Porter Center in Middlebury to bring babies, toddlers and preschoolers together with seniors for stories, songs and socialization. This once a month program is designed to bring volunteer Moms, caregivers and the special joy little ones give to assisted living residents .
The second Thursday of each month at 10:30 the seniors will be waiting to greet their new little friends. This month it takes place Thursday, November 14th. It will be 45 minutes to remember nursery rhymes and songs they sang with their own children and watching the actions of these delightful children. It promises to bring real smiles to the seniors and develop friendships among the parents.
