Hello neighbors!

Let's come together and dance thru trials and tribulations and emotional turmoil of last week. We move our bodies to release and make space for new energy.

Nov 11th, 6.30-8.30pm in the Wing Center @24 Upper Main st (right next to Cumberland Farms station). Energy exchange is $7-11 cash or Venmo.

Only rules that exist are: No alcohol/ drugs. No judgement and no cellphone use.
