Join us November 20th at 6 pm for a presentation about the Vermont Forest Cemetery. It begins with the documentary "From Earth-to-Earth: The Lost Art of Dying in America", followed by a Q&A session and discussion. The film explores the legalization of natural burial in Vermont and the opening and first burial at the Vermont Forest Cemetery, alongside one woman's journey to find her "forever home" at Greensprings Natural Burial Preserve, the 3rd oldest natural burial ground in the United States.

"From Earth-to-Earth: The Lost Art of Dying in America" was produced by a group of students from the nationally-recognized film program at Ithaca College, and has won a number of awards at regional and national film festivals over the past summer.
