On Sunday November 17th at 3pm, Ed Stygles will be joined by his brothers to talk about growing up in Jericho and surrounding towns. Ed turned 90 this fall. His parents were farmers who would help on others' farms before establishing their own farm in Jericho. Ed lived on Lee River Road in the house where the Cross family lives now. His parents bought the farm on Stygles Lane (off Hanley Lane) where Ed lives today. Stygles Lane was formally called Balch Place. His brother Dickie lives on Stygles Road in Westford.
We will have coffee, tea, cocoa and cider. There will be some munchies but feel free to bring an appetizer or snack to share. If you bring your own mug that will cut down on trash.
We will be at the Community Center in Jericho Center, 329 Browns Trace. https://ccjvermont.com/
Hope to see you there. If you have questions you can contact Jessica at the Jericho Town Hall, 899-4936 x1
