The Reading Select Board will meet on Monday November 11th, at 6pm in the Town Hall. The meeting will be available via Zoom, and as always, people are encouraged to attend in person.
The agenda includes updates on Highways, FEMA, the EWP remediation projects along both Mill and Bailey's Brook, as well an AARPA Fund update.
We will also have a representative from the Regional Planning Commission (MARC) in attendance to briefly discuss the legislative changes for the regional plan and the related implications for the town with respect to Village Center or Neighborhood Development Area designation and Act 250 exemptions. Ultimately this will lead to a more in depth discussion with the Planning Commission for Reading and how these changes affect our town.
The meeting agenda may be found in the Select Board section of the Town website, which can be accessed here: https://readingvt.govoffice.com/index.asp?SEC=F1F290B3-B4C9-4975-A25C-2E2A69C6AE12
